ANSWER:
We ship our goods to all over the world from our China Warehouses through the world's leading carriers:
- United States -shipping service is provided by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, USPS.
- International -shipping service is provided by China Post Registered Airmail, China Post Air Parcel, EMS (with your state own carrier, i.e USPS in US), DHL, UPS, S.F. Express etc.
Most of our products are shipped from China. We ship our products to almost everywhere in the world subject to countries and locations we actually have in our shipping system. Charge is based on the product weight or volume weight depending on which carrier is chosen and where your goods are shipped. Insaudio acts as an agent only. It is your own decision to choose a carrier for your purchased goods. Compare EMS, DHL & UPS before making up your mind.
It is our customer's responsibility to pay your country's custom taxes and related fees (if any) like brokerage fee etc. Failing to do so may result in returning your goods to sender or/and being fined by your country's customs. In this case, you will be solely held responsible for storage, penalty, return/shipping and all related costs arising. Please note that any country's customs department does NOT notify Insaudio of custom fees incurred by a package as customs will contact the customer directly.

A. You can simply simulate an order placing, following the instruction, all information about total sum, shipping and tax (if there is) charges will be displayed in the Step of “Payment” and “Review” as shown below. Your credit card will not be charged until you confirm the order by clicking on “Send Order” icon at the last step.
